    Site Director
    Emily Mawk is a clinical research leader with a combined background in nursing and clinical trial management. As Site Director, Emily brings extensive experience in the delivery and oversight of complex cardiovascular clinical trials, including device, pharmacological, and interventional studies, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and regulatory rigor.

    Prior to this role, Emily served as a Research Manager, where Emily led multidisciplinary teams and managed the successful execution of clinical studies across diverse therapeutic modalities. In parallel, Emily’s experience as an Intensive Care Unit nurse provided direct exposure to high-acuity patient care, strengthening a patient-centered approach to research delivery.

    This integrated clinical and leadership perspective underpins Emily’s commitment to driving high-quality research, fostering team performance, and advancing improved patient outcomes through innovation and evidence-based practice.

  • Kamran Hussain, MBBS

    Principal Investigator
    Dr. Hussain has been working as an Investigator since 2022 and has worked on numerous Phase 2-4 clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas and indications, including MASH, vaccines, asthma, COPD, hypertension, psoriasis, Crohn’s disease, and women’s health. Prior to his career in clinical research, Dr Hussain specialised in general medicine, general and vascular surgery, urology, ENT, and neonatology, among others. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Manchester.

  • Rebecca Waterfield, BM BCh BA

    Sub Investigator 
    Dr Waterfield has been working as a Clinical Trial Investigator since 2024, working on numerous Phase 2-4 clinical trials, in Melbourne and now London. These studies span various therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, diabetes and obesity, dermatology and vaccines.

    She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Oxford.

  • Ronnie Beboso, MD

    Medical Director, Principal Investigator
    Ronnie has been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry with about 20 years of experience in Clinical Research across early- to late-phase clinical development. He previously worked as a Senior Clinical Research Physician acting as Chief Investigator and Principal Investigator on multiple clinical trials, bringing extensive leadership and scientific expertise to the role. Ronnie has great experience leading and line-managing site physicians, providing strategic medical oversight and supporting the successful delivery of complex clinical programs.
